Ms. Horwitz specializes in advising Internet start-ups and established e-commerce businesses in the area of corporate structuring as well as domain name, trademark and copyright matters.
Her practice focuses on providing the client with a full range of services, including incorporation, employment and confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, stock option plans and stock purchase agreements, as well as trademark and copyright prosecution, including advising clients on the adoption and proper use of trademarks, trademark clearance, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and the development of international and domestic trademark protection strategies.
Ms. Horwitz represents clients from a wide variety of industries, including e-commerce, computer hardware and software, financial services, food products, educational products and services, real estate development, and nutritional products.
Prior to joining Russo & Hale LLP in 1999, she was associated with Baker & Hostetler LLP in Palo Alto, CA.
