Biography
Joe Greco is of counsel to the firm, providing strategic and substantive advice based on more than forty years of experience as an intellectual property and business litigator. Joe consistently has been named a Super Lawyer in Intellectual property litigation over the past three decades. Martindale-Hubbell® has awarded him an AV Preeminent® rating. And Managing Intellectual Property Magazine, an international publication, has selected Joe as one of its IP Stars.
Before joining CLG, Joe was a litigation partner in major Bay Area intellectual property and general practice firms. He has litigated cases in federal and state trial courts involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, contracts, licenses, partnerships, corporations, real estate, employment, and antitrust. He has litigated appeals and extraordinary writs before the Ninth Circuit and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, the California Supreme Court, and the California Court of Appeal.
